2014 Pooches on Parade Style Show for Fuzzy Friends Rescue

Good news in that Friday May 2nd Fuzzy Friends Dog Rescue held a sold out Pooches on
for Parade Fashion for Paws Runway show.
This is an event where gorgeous pooches strutted the catwalk with human models.
The success of the event means that more lives can be saved as the proceeds from this event went to their Angel Heart Medical Fund. This fund allows Fuzzy Friends Rescue to go that extra mile and give needy animals the medical care they need.

Grace Chon's Zoey and Jasper Project

They say for actors never work with children and animals. Well photographer Grace Chon has done just that photographing her son Jasper with their pet rescue dog Zoey in matching outfits. The results are SOOOOOOO CUTE.

Housewives of Melbourne's Pooch Party not quite on par with New York Pooch Parties

Episode 9 Season 1 of The Housewives of Melbourne saw the Housewives get together for a Pooch Party. Not a usual watcher of the show I tuned in specifically to see some high end Dog Couture and was disappointed to find that other than Lois Vuitton Dog Carriers the Housewives were not on par with the women in New York that run canine fashion parades to raise funds for rescue dogs.
The highlight of the episode was where the dogs dressed up in a collection of very common commercial dog costumes.

Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance’s Dog Fashion Show on April 27 2014

If you are in Pennsylvania Show and enjoy donating to a good cause whilst checking out the latest in doggie fashions then on on April 27 2014 the Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance’s Compassion with Fashion Show is on at the West Shore Country Club, 100 Brentwater Road, East Pennsboro Township. Doors open at noon. The speaker is Larry Levin, New York Times best-selling author of “Oogy: The Dog Only a Family Could Love.”
The highlight of the show will be adoptable animals available from area rescue groups. In addition to the fashion show, door prizes, raffle baskets and a silent auction are also planned.  Reservations: www.cpaa.info.

Well Known Dog Couture Fashion Maltese Bella Mia  is featured on an upcoming episode of Morgan Spurlock ~ Inside Man on CNN International capturing Bella Mias' fabulous  wardrobe and her lifestyle raising funds for charity. Pooches on Parade Runway Show 2014

Fuzzy Friends Rescue  is holding a Pooches on Parade Runway Show and Champagne lunch to raise funds on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m at the Extraco Events Center Exhibits building in Waco Texas.
If you would like to see adorable pooches strutting the catwalk (or dogwalk :)) with the money going to a good cause then this is the event for you.

Fuzzy Friends Rescue has posted on their website further information and the tickets for sale.

For dog couture lovers that are looking to visit Tokyo Japan in Meguro-Ku, Tokyo, Japan there is a Fifi and Romeo store like its Los Angeles counterpart that has been around since 1998 and are well known for their cashmere sweaters for dogs, celebrity clientele and being worn in Legally Blonde on Bruiser.

American Eagle Outfitters doing Dog Campain to raise money for ASPCA

American Eagle Outfitters on their website are promoting an upcoming line they are referring to as American Beagle Outfitters for you and your dog where you can purchase matching outfits for your dog as yourself.
No word yet as to if this is a real line or just a publicity stunt following the popularity recently of the Shiba Inu dog Bodhi and the Menswear Dog line as the photos link to women's clothes underneath the dog photos.

The company is currently donating up to $100, 00 to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) from online purchases through their shop at the moment ($1 from each order)
